The United States Government Is Now Using Electronic Surveillance To Track Inocent Citizens Movements

SAN FRANCISCO – Yasir Afifi, a 20-year-old computer salesman andcommunity college student, took his car in for an oil change earlier this month and his mechanic spotted an odd wire hanging from the undercarriage.
The wire was attached to a strange magnetic device that puzzled Afifi and the mechanic. They freed it from the car and posted images of it online, asking for help in identifying it.
Two days later, FBI agents arrived at Afifi's Santa Clara apartment and demanded the return of their property — a global positioning system tracking device now at the center of a raging legal debate over privacy rights.
One federal judge wrote that the widespread use of the device was straight out of George Orwell's novel, "1984".
"By holding that this kind of surveillance doesn't impair an individual's reasonable expectation of privacy, the panel hands the government the power to track the movements of every one of us, every day of our lives," wrote Alex Kozinski, the chief judge of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, in a blistering dissent in which a three-judge panel from his court ruled that search warrants weren't necessary for GPS tracking.
But other federal and state courts have come to the opposite conclusion.
Law enforcement advocates for the devices say GPS can eliminate time-consuming stakeouts and old-fashioned "tails" with unmarked police cars. The technology had a starring role in the HBO cops-and-robbers series "The Wire" and police use it to track every type of suspect — from terrorist to thieves stealing copper from air conditioners.
That investigators don't need a warrant to use GPS tracking devices in California troubles privacy advocates, technophiles, criminal defense attorneys and others.
This is so Wrong:  What are we doing to ourselves people? We are letting the United States Government use electronic surveillance to track our movements.  That is a clear violation of your rights as a citizen of this country. I cannot believe that any court could side with warrentless devices being planted in peoples cars.
I know they are going to say that the Patriot Act and Homeland Security give them the right to plant these GPS devices in peoples cars.

Large Southern Sasquatch Footprint Found In Green Swamp Florida

This print was found by Timothy Fasano in the Florida Green Swamp.  It is my belief that this is a large Sasquatch related to the skunk ape. It was a 'bare' print and about a size 24! No way it could have been your average guy.

It had been reported to me that a very large footprint had been found between the #2 and #3 pole at a certain hiking trail in the Green Swamp. My contact gave me a very good description of the area, and I went out to find it.

I was not disappointed. Is it a hoax?  I don't know. He could have planted it.  I did not find any others. It was an intriguing phenomena non the less.

Spontaneous Human Combustion Investigated In Florida

The most famous case of SHC, or spontaneous human combustion occurred in St. Petersburg Florida on July 2, 1951. Police were called to the apartment of an elderly lady named Mary Resser whom the landlady had not seen in few days. What the police found in her apartment is still baffling and difficult to explain away.
Resser seems to have literally gone up in flames. Mrs. Resser had been reduced to a pile of ashes found in the bathroom under her walker in front of the toilet. Nothing else in the room had been burned. The medical examiner said that this type of cremation would take temperatures exceeding 3,000 degrees.
The investigation ruled out an electrical short or lightning. Newspapers were found next to her, and they were not burned. This was really strange.
The final conclusion was Mrs. Resner died of a fire of unknown origin. The official medical report stated that her death was "unusual and improbable."

Bigfoot Sighting Reported Polk County Florida

A sighting of two skunk apes in Polk County were reported to me. The message said that two were seen in the North West area of Colt Creek (Florida's Newest State Park).  I am very familiar with Colt Creek and that part of it borders the Great Green Swamp. The area is very wet and seems to be just Cypress Swamp. Very few people go back there because of how difficult it is to get out there. There is lots of wildlife in this area (including snakes) and it is one of my favorite places to go. I will be going on an expedition as soon as the weather cools off some down here in South West Florida.
Me in the River Swamp were Skunk Ape has been seen

The Mind Of A Chess Grandmaster

The weapons of conquest are not just bullets, bombs or missiles. There are weapons of even more power and potential to destroy. There are weapons such as hate, greed, envy, fatigue and fear found only in the minds of men. Just for the record, the downside of mans emotions can erode and kill his spirit. It will cloud his judgment, and he may resign in chess (0r life) with a drawn or won position because his emotions overran him. All that is noble about his conquest is now gone. The human race must always 'check' itself not only on the chess board, but in life itself.

The human mind is a wonderful thing. Evolutionary processes have given man the ability to create. He is able to furnish his world with unimaginable inventions that aid and make our lives better. He does face a formidable opponent, however. Himself.

Man can use his mind to march onward for many more millennium, or we can cease to exist, and who would care?

The game of chess demonstrates man's ability to use pure logic on solving a problem. It can be a metaphor for other more meaningful applications.

No computer ever invented can match the mind of man. The prevailing myth is that Garry Kasparov lost to Deep Blue. The truth is that over a two match, twelve game series, Kasparov won 6.5 - 5.5. Kasparov advised IBM to destroy the device before it became even stronger. They did.

WHAT WE KNOW FOR A FACT: Nobody ever saw Deep Blue. IBM always maintained that it was at an undisclosed location. Kasparov felt that the absence of several key GM's during his matches meant that a consortium had been established to defeat him with human players. IBM had
much to gain. When word came out of Deep Blues's first win, IBM's stock rose over 30% in one day. Would they cheat to gain this? Yes.

A gentleman and a friend of mine, Cyrano of Italy (FIDE rated master) routinely dispatches players that I am sure are running programs on him. He annihilates them in a gentlemanly fashion. Proving once again the power of the human mind.

A Grandmaster used to have a second that worked out his moves based on knowledge of his opponent. That is still done today but the new technologies are used. GM's play 40 moves deep today based on TM's Theoretical novelties worked out on databases long committed to memory. man is only cheating himself. The current world champion was asked about a move late in a game, and he could only say his 'second' had him commit it to memory. There was a time when the conceptual aspect would have been all he needed to work it out.

Seminole Indian Battlefield, Bigfoot, And Ghost

When you consider how many men were killed in this area near the Hillsborough River close to Tampa Florida, you wonder if this is a skunk ape, Bigfoot, or ghost habitat. When I was out researching today for the Florida Skunk Ape, I could not but help wonder about all that had gone on here. If I was to come out here at night (which I will in November) I would not be surprised to encounter something other than animal in origin. I should consider taking a ghost hunter with me.

Bahamas "Blue Holes" Near Florida

There is a mystery in the Bahamas that scientist are just now beginning to understand - the Blue Hole Phenomena. They are circular holes in the water near shoreline that are a very dark blue and seem to plunge endlessly into the abyss. Scientist have wondered what they contain for decades. Fossils of unknown animals? Evidence of Atlantis? Researchers will reveal what they found in next months National Geographic magazine.

In a submerged cave off of Andros Island the cave divers have found amazing things.

  • Specialized "chemosynthetic" bacteria that live without oxygen and feast on chemical reactions possible only in the caves.
  • Stalactite curtains, or "speleothems," that contain a record of past sea level and climate conditions locked in their structures
  • Fossils of Lucayan tribe members who lived on the islands until the 1500s.
Coastal regions of Florida throughout the Gulf Of Mexico region have similar limestone formations that contain vast amounts of fresh water that make important for the survival of increasing populations.

MN.B.R.T Video Approved Sunglasses

Abe of the MN.B.R.T Bigfoot organization in Minnesota has a new pair of sunglasses that will show a red or yellow light depending on the status of the the video gear being used. He says this is Dr. Bemberneck approved glasses.

I suspect this is a rub at Bigfoot Buster Blog for when she went after Ben hard about wearing the sunglasses when he did videos. She had her fifteen minutes, and is now fading. Who really gives a shit.

Richard C. Hoagland Warns Gulf Coast Residents

Richard C. Hoagland a former NASA physicist was a guest on the late night radio show Coast To Coast AM on the night July 4th, 2010. He believed the occasion of Independence Day was ironic because the Obama Administration is withholding information about the potential for a gigantic catastrophe along the Gulf Coast of the United States because of methane gas. This would be violating our civil rights.

Hoagland believes a massive bulge of methane gas is building up under the Gulf of Mexico. If it were to explode, the molecular structure of water would be altered and ships would 'sink like rocks.' The result would of course be a tsunami that would drown all life that lives along the Gulf up to two miles inland. He believes that explains why the Obama administration is not filling the Gulf up with ships because he is trying to minimize the potential loss of life.

Unfortunately, it would be impossible to predict this event without the mud logs a graphical representation of the ROP (Rate Of Penetration), lithology, hydrocarbons and other drilling parameters generated while drilling an oil well. which only BP has and it is not available to outside scientist. He called out for Louisiana native and TV pundit James Carville to go onto CNN and FOX and demand that BP make this information public. He also advised that anyone living in the Gulf region to get out. He says the air in the region is being contaminated with methane which is like 'a bomb' and if you stay - get a gasmask or "otherwise, you gotta move, you gotta leave, you can't keep breathing this air."
