HAARP-Like Ionospheric Research Project Underway

Its official now, work is underway to complete the construction of an ionospheric research facility at the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico that bears some similarities to the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) far to the north in Alaska, but on a different scale and with different research goals.

"It is basically the same as HAARP for the science, except that HAARP was in the Auroral Region, where the physics of the ionosphere is quite different with all the energetic particles and magnetic fields," Penn State Electrical Engineering Professor Jim Breakall, WA3FET, told ARRL. "HAARP also had 3 gigawatts of effective radiated power, where Arecibo will only be about 200 megawatts." The Arecibo Observatory Amateur Radio Club, KP4AO, is headquartered at the research facility, which celebrated its 50th anniversary last fall.

The National Science Foundation and Cornell University, which previously operated Arecibo Observatory, contracted with Penn State's Electrical Engineering Department to construct the "new and enhanced" HF ionospheric instrument. It will be used to study the interaction between HF radio energy and ionospheric plasma.

Is the moon an artificial structure?

I have a friend of mine who is convinced the moon is an artificial strict. He thinks its hollow, and is an alien base. He says there are unnatural structures on the moon which point to alien civilizations. I believe the moon has been used as an alien base, but considering satellites are common in the univerd, it probably is natural. Check out this video about NASA called Dark Mission.

New Egyptian pyramids found using Google Earth

One of the complex sites contains a distinct, four-sided, truncated, pyramidal shape that is approximately 140 feet in width. This site contains three smaller mounds in a very clear formation, similar to the diagonal alignment of the Giza Plateau pyramids.
The second possible site contains four mounds with a larger, triangular-shaped plateau. The two larger mounds at this site are approximately 250 feet in width, with two smaller mounds approximately 100 feet in width. This site complex is arranged in a very clear formation with the large plateau, or butte, nearby in a triangular shape with a width of approximately 600 feet.
The sites have been documented and discovered by satellite archaeology researcher Angela Micol of Maiden, North Carolina. Angela has been conducting satellite archaeology research for over ten years, searching for ancient sites from space using Google Earth. Angela is a UNC Charlotte alumnus and has studied archaeology since childhood. Google Earth has allowed her to document many possible archaeological sites, including a potential underwater city off the coast of the Yucatan peninsula that has sparked the interest of scientists, researchers and archaeologists. Angela is also a board member of the APEX Institute, founded bl archaeologist William Donato, who is pioneering underwater archaeological research in the Bahamas. Angela has been assisted by Don J. Apollo 18 Was A Secret NASA Project That Discovered Alien Life

Director Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego in the upcoming thriller explores just what happened to Apollo 18, and why future moon landings were canceled.  History records the last moon landing as Apollo 17. Did we go to the moon without the worlds knowledge? This movie will show documents that prove NASA has always had a secret lunar program and it explains why we have never returned to the moon.

The Russians were on the moon and encountered aliens. Apollo 18 came behind them and found the Russian lander and alien footprints on the moon. They would soon have a direct encounter and it is believed they never returned to Earth. NASA told their families they burned up on re-entry.

I have done a post on this topic where many researchers believe NASA found evidence of alien life on the moon, and that was the reason we never returned. It was not just the alien discovery that scared us off - it was a confrontation with extraterrestrials that forced NASA to close the Apollo Project. This movie will attempt to prove this point.

Lopez-Gallego claims that old NASA footage was discovered shot by the Apollo 18 crew. The discovered films show that the crew ran into an abandoned Russian Lunar lander, and that the crew had vanished. The American astronauts had direct contact with extraterrestrial life and never returned to Earth. That is all the director is saying at this point.

He claims none of this was made up - they are presenting REAL footage as it was filmed by the Lunar landing crew. I find this premise compelling, the say the least. This guy is being original and it brings up questions about a surrogate space program that NASA may have been operating for decades.

I live in Florida and I have filmed space launches from the street I live on WHEN THERE WERE NO SCHEDULED LAUNCHES! The day I filmed this, the NASA website said they had launched a small rocked from a mobile launcher on the back of a truck in Virginia. Ya, right.

The Truth - Why NASA Has Never Returned To The Moon

I have never been one that thought we never went to the moon and that it was all a hoax. As a little kid in Florida I saw the massive Saturn 1V's launch. They were so big and powerful there was no doubt they could make it to the moon, and then some. We went to the moon folks. There is no doubt about that.

What there is doubt about is what they discovered when they where there. What is of particular interest is the discoveries made on the dark side of the moon. That is the side that we never see because one side faces us at all times.

NASA images show that on the dark side of the moon Apollo astronauts photographed interesting structures that now can be determined to be man made. That may have not been apparent at the time, but it is now considered to be a fact among UFO researchers on the lunar landing.

Is this a natural formation in this crater?

The image above looks like a foundation to a structure that was not caused by wind or erosion (there would be none on the moon). This could be what is left of an ancient alien building.

Is this an antenna?
