Sylvanic Bigfoot Team

Todd Standing is a member of Bigfoot research team called Sylvanic. This is a group of independent researchers working toward finding definitive proof of the North American Sasquatch.

Sylvanic was formed in 2005 and consisted of 4 members with various levels of expertise. Todd was the skeptic to debunk what they were doing. He, however, became a firm believer and has gone public with his findings.

As his site says..

"Our tremendous success has come about from our enormous collaboration of minds, experiences, knowledge, and wisdom from all walks of life. Primatology meets first nations experiences; anthropology combines with the greatest hunting techniques on the planet. The experiences have been passed down through tens of thousands of years of first nations oral history and tradition with decades of scientific studies."
Sounds great.  You can't overestimate how important hunting techniques are when you are trying to let an animal live in peace.

"Our ultimate goal is to ethically introduce civilization to the most man-like primate on the planet."

This is where I disagree with Todd.  I am a Florida skunk ape researcher. I want to find this animal so I can get a super high resolution video of it.  I do not want to hurt it. In fact, I hope skunk ape ignores me and just goes his own way. My years in the field show me that the last thing these animals want is to interact with us. There seems to be no wild animal that is as elusive as this one.  There must be a reason for that.

Todd has what are called "video 2&3" which you can watch for a price ($5) from the download link on his website. Commenter's on his youtube site have often wondered why he does not put them up on the tube if they do indeed contain a clear image of Bigfoot running faster than any human can.

The video comes highly rated. Check out these reviews below.

"The little guy in the suit almost fell backwards running up the hill....this video was not "professionally enhanced". Its only a couple minutes long, not in fully detailed. and the Bigfoot did not scale hillside faster than a human. Ive seen bears run faster up hill."
With reviews like that, I need to get my credit card out.

The United States Government Is Now Using Electronic Surveillance To Track Inocent Citizens Movements

SAN FRANCISCO – Yasir Afifi, a 20-year-old computer salesman andcommunity college student, took his car in for an oil change earlier this month and his mechanic spotted an odd wire hanging from the undercarriage.
The wire was attached to a strange magnetic device that puzzled Afifi and the mechanic. They freed it from the car and posted images of it online, asking for help in identifying it.
Two days later, FBI agents arrived at Afifi's Santa Clara apartment and demanded the return of their property — a global positioning system tracking device now at the center of a raging legal debate over privacy rights.
One federal judge wrote that the widespread use of the device was straight out of George Orwell's novel, "1984".
"By holding that this kind of surveillance doesn't impair an individual's reasonable expectation of privacy, the panel hands the government the power to track the movements of every one of us, every day of our lives," wrote Alex Kozinski, the chief judge of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, in a blistering dissent in which a three-judge panel from his court ruled that search warrants weren't necessary for GPS tracking.
But other federal and state courts have come to the opposite conclusion.
Law enforcement advocates for the devices say GPS can eliminate time-consuming stakeouts and old-fashioned "tails" with unmarked police cars. The technology had a starring role in the HBO cops-and-robbers series "The Wire" and police use it to track every type of suspect — from terrorist to thieves stealing copper from air conditioners.
That investigators don't need a warrant to use GPS tracking devices in California troubles privacy advocates, technophiles, criminal defense attorneys and others.
This is so Wrong:  What are we doing to ourselves people? We are letting the United States Government use electronic surveillance to track our movements.  That is a clear violation of your rights as a citizen of this country. I cannot believe that any court could side with warrentless devices being planted in peoples cars.
I know they are going to say that the Patriot Act and Homeland Security give them the right to plant these GPS devices in peoples cars.

Large Southern Sasquatch Footprint Found In Green Swamp Florida

This print was found by Timothy Fasano in the Florida Green Swamp.  It is my belief that this is a large Sasquatch related to the skunk ape. It was a 'bare' print and about a size 24! No way it could have been your average guy.

It had been reported to me that a very large footprint had been found between the #2 and #3 pole at a certain hiking trail in the Green Swamp. My contact gave me a very good description of the area, and I went out to find it.

I was not disappointed. Is it a hoax?  I don't know. He could have planted it.  I did not find any others. It was an intriguing phenomena non the less.

Spontaneous Human Combustion Investigated In Florida

The most famous case of SHC, or spontaneous human combustion occurred in St. Petersburg Florida on July 2, 1951. Police were called to the apartment of an elderly lady named Mary Resser whom the landlady had not seen in few days. What the police found in her apartment is still baffling and difficult to explain away.
Resser seems to have literally gone up in flames. Mrs. Resser had been reduced to a pile of ashes found in the bathroom under her walker in front of the toilet. Nothing else in the room had been burned. The medical examiner said that this type of cremation would take temperatures exceeding 3,000 degrees.
The investigation ruled out an electrical short or lightning. Newspapers were found next to her, and they were not burned. This was really strange.
The final conclusion was Mrs. Resner died of a fire of unknown origin. The official medical report stated that her death was "unusual and improbable."
